Short of time tonight (will that cut it as an excuse?) so did 50 of each, using the dip machine, in 11mins 24secs. Finished off with a 400m run - trying to overcome the fear!

22 MINS 26 SECS. USED DIP MACHINE FOR PULL UPS. SQUATS WITH TOES AGAINST THE WALL SO I COULDNT CHEAT (AS EASILY).
