If you are running on a treadmill 400m = 0.25miles, otherwise use http://www.mapmyrun.co.uk to mark out a route of 400m. If you can't run use a Concept II rower and do 500m.
Not including my warm up or the skipping (I will explain when I see you Michael), this work out took me approx 18mins (I need to buy a stop watch!)
Did this workout on Monday and my time was 12mins 19secs.
sort of did this routine did 400m 10 pull ups 10 dips x 3 using assisted machine 70kg took 14mins

Good times tho. Bet the legs burned!
