Did this workout on Thursday - took me approx 8.5 mins not including a warm up. Completed session with 30/30r 5 x on rower. (Legs still like jelly from Tuesdays session!)
Hi Michael. I did this workout on Saturday and my time was 9mins 35secs.
Good times girls - both doing really well.
